Whether you have a new puppy and don't know where to start, or an older dog with issues you'd like to address, we have an obedience class that can achieve most any goal. We offer two drop in style obedience classes at various times of the week to try and accommodate any schedule. Drop in classes cover a variety of topics and we rotate our curriculum so you can jump in on any class and get valuable information.  Below are descriptions of our two popular drop in obedience classes:

​Puppy Play & Learn
Socialize. Train. Explore. Repeat. Looking for a fun, structured way to build your puppy’s confidence and manners — without committing to a full series? Puppy Play ‘n Learn is a drop-in class designed for growing pups under 1 year who need socialization, exposure, and foundational obedience. Each class includes:

🐾 Foundational skills like sit, down, come, and leash manners

🐾 Focus and engagement games

Basics and Beyond
Does your dog “know” the commands… but only when it’s convenient? Basics & Beyond is built for dogs over 1 year old who are friendly and social, but need structure, consistency, and real accountability . This isn’t a boring obedience class. This is where distractions get added. Expectations get raised. And dogs learn to listen the first time. Over the course, we’ll sharpen:

AKC Star Puppy 6 Week Class Series

Give your puppy the best start with our 6-Week AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program — the perfect foundation for a lifetime of good behavior!

The AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program (Socialization, Training, Activity, and Responsibility) is designed for puppies up to 1 year old and focuses on building confidence, manners, and real-world skills in a positive, supportive group setting.

Over six weeks, you and your puppy will learn:

✔️ Sit, down, stay, and come when called
✔️ Loose-leash walking
✔️ Polite greetings (no jumping!)
✔️ Handling and grooming tolerance
✔️ Socialization with people, dogs, and new environments
✔️ Problem-solving for common puppy behaviors like nipping and chewing
 

This class combines structured training with safe socialization opportunities to help your puppy grow into a well-mannered, confident companion. At the end of the course, puppies who meet the requirements will earn their official AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy medal and certificate — a great stepping stone toward the Canine Good Citizen program.

At the end of the 6 week series, we will give the AKC Star Puppy test which if your puppy passes, give them their first title with the American Kennel Club and a ribbon and certificate. AKC Star Puppy classes are $225 for the 6 week series and can be  booked on our website by clicking here.​​ 

Canine Good Citizen and Beyond 6 Week Class Series
Ready to take your dog’s training to the next level? Our 6-week Canine Good Citizen Test Prep Class is designed to help dogs master the skills needed to pass the official AKC CGC test with confidence. In this structured course, we focus on:

✔️ Polite greetings with strangers
✔️ Calm behavior around other dogs
✔️ Reliable sit, down, and stay
✔️ Coming when called
✔️ Supervised separation
✔️ Real-world manners & impulse control This class is perfect for dogs who have completed basic obedience and are ready to proof their skills in distracting environments. 🎓 CGC testing available at the end of the course.
